Kim recently obtained a judgment in a pelvic mesh case that confirmed the summary judgment for lack of warning and rejecting an exception to the erudite doctrine of brokering in the Salinero c case. He has represented clients in litigation related to issues of constitutional law (including the First Amendment, the Commerce Clause, and substantive and procedural issues of due process), in addition to advising clients on those issues in governmental, regulatory and administrative matters. He has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts across the country.

With nearly 30 years of experience as lead counsel in state and federal appellate courts, she prepares briefs and presents oral arguments in court appeals, interlocutory appeals, and original proceedings. Kim is also well-versed in coordinating the practice of “wave motions” which requires filing thousands of summary judgment motions, Daubert motions, and election-of-law motions within a short time frame. He has successfully defended drug and medical device companies in appeals in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
